real basic needs? ?

The amount of money spent by political parties on free booze and buying out the votes would acount for more than 3,00,000crores considering three major parties in all zones and on an average 100 rs spent per head;

analysis by a common man using common sense :- instead of spending the all the money on intoxicating ppl the same money could be spent on providing basic needs for those who dont ve 1 ppl r still gonna vote for them;

however this makes me wonder r d real basic needs r the one`s which we studied during our schooling or it is valid only for school goin kids!
